Question:Â WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are Accepted as long as it's within 15 days of item(s) received and item(s) must be in the same condition as 155 Designs sent them to customer.Â
CUSTOMIZEDÂ Items are NOT returnable.
If you have questions once you receive your customized item(s) please contact us and we will be happy to resolve any concerns or questions you have.
If you need to start a return and it is within 15 days of receiving the item, please contact us with your return request, order number and reason for your return.
Question:Â WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Online Store: We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.

Our shipping is based on the size of the item ordered. Most product listings should have a shipping time in the item description.
Question:Â DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTED PRICES ON BULK ORDERS?
Yes! We can offer a discount on bulk orders for a lot of our items, especially shirts and other garments. Contact Us with what you are looking for and how many you are interested in purchasing and we will send you a quote or use our Get A Quote page.
Question:Â DO YOU CHARGE SETUP OR DESIGN FEES?
We do not charge additional for setup or design fees and enjoy working with our customers to make sure we meet their design requests the best we can before completing the final product.
Question:Â CAN YOU MAKE THE DESIGN BEFORE I PLACE THE ORDER?
We do all design work after the purchase is made and confirm with our customers that the design is what they want before completing the print or item. If you don't like any designs we send you are more than welcome to request a refund before we print or make the item.
Question: CAN I HAVE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT LISTED WITH CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS CUSTOMIZED?
Yes, in most cases we can customize the items we make and offer. Contact Us with any questions on customizing any of our items.
Question: WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PICTURES, GRAPHICS, DESIGNS & LICENSED GRAPHICS USED ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
We do a lot of our own artwork, but a lot of designs and graphics used on our products were purchased from multiple sources, such as manufacturers, businesses and other sources such as Etsy and online graphic providers.
Question: WHY DO YOUR PRICES ON THE WEBSITE VARY FROM THE PRICES ON EBAY, FACEBOOK & ETSY?
Prices vary on Facebook, Etsy and Ebay due to the fees these companies charge to list and sell on their sites. Our website will usually have the lowest prices.
Question: WHAT IS THE "PICKUP ONLY" SHIPPING OPTION?
Some of our items are rather large and not cheap to ship so we offer a "PICKUP ONLY" option. On this option you can visit our shop and pickup your item(s). On this option you can also schedule your own shipping pickup. Example: You purchase an epoxy dinner table and schedule your own freight trucking company or private shipper to pickup the table from our shop at your expense.

Please Note we would like all pickup orders picked within 2 weeks from completion. We will contact you immediately upon order completion on pickup orders.
Question: IF I ORDER AN ITEM WITH MY OWN REQUESTED DESIGN, WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF MAKING SURE I GET THE DESIGN LIKE I WANT IT?
We confirm the design layout (size, colors, engraving layout, etc.) with you via email. Once we get confirmation that the design looks like you want then we will go ahead and put it on the product(s) you ordered.
Question: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "CARVED WALL HANGER" AND A "WALL HANGER"?
Carved wall hanger - slot is carved into back of product (wood products) where a nail/screw head can slide right into.
